Well actually the tool translates more than just a pdf, but lets stick to our need now.

Can you use it as pdf translator ? – Yes

what you need to do is go to translate.google.com

select the upload a document from the menu (see picture)

pdf translator

click browse, and select your pdf document. From there on the left pick the language used in the pdf, and on the right side select your language. The tool will act as a pdf translator and give you the pdf translated into your language.
